Data we collect and why

• Booking details — name, email address, phone number, event date, event city, and the notes you provide. Used to create and manage your booking and to contact you about it. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Support messages — the content of emails or calls you send us. Used to answer your questions. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited. Used for site security, fraud prevention, and improving the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Account credentials — where you create a login, the identifiers needed to authenticate you. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Payment card data is collected and processed by our payment provider, not by us. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.

Who we share data with

• Merchant of Record — Paddle.com, for the sale of our services, payments, invoicing, tax compliance, refunds, and related customer service.
• Service providers — hosting, database, email, and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed to deliver the event and to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Support messages and usage logs are kept for a shorter period unless needed for an ongoing dispute.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
