Santobe Music Group LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on booking deposits. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund of your deposit within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at wgun1871fm@gmail.com and we will start the refund for you.

Rescheduling

If your event moves, contact us and we will transfer your deposit to the new date where the talent is available, at no extra charge. If we or the performer cannot deliver a confirmed booking, or the event is cancelled due to events beyond either party's control, we refund the amounts covering services not delivered.
