1. Who you are contracting with

This site is operated by Santobe Music Group LLC ("Santobe Music Group", "we", "us"), trading as Santobe Music Group. When you book a DJ or live artist through this site, you are entering into an agreement with Santobe Music Group LLC.

2. Acceptance

By using this site or placing a booking you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You confirm you are of legal age and, if booking on behalf of a company, venue, or organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

3. What we provide

We provide entertainment booking services: arranging DJ sets and live artist performances for private events, venues, and public shows. A booking is confirmed once we accept your request and your deposit has been paid. Deposits are applied to your final balance. Performance specifics — set length, arrival time, equipment, travel, and the remaining balance — are confirmed with you in writing before the event.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking, event, and contact information and keep it up to date.
• Keep any account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide safe site conditions at the venue: legal power supply, safe load-in access, and reasonable security for performers and equipment.

5. Misuse

You must not use this site unlawfully, submit fraudulent bookings or spam, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or interfere with the security of the site (including malware, probing, penetration attempts, or scraping).

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain ownership of the site, its software, branding, artist names, photography, audio, and all other content. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content, or record and commercially exploit a performance, without our written consent.

7. Recordings and media

Personal photos and video at your event are fine. Commercial recording, broadcast, or streaming of a performance requires prior written approval. If you supply us with logos, images, or music for use in your event, you confirm you have the rights to do so and grant us a limited licence to use them solely to deliver your booking. Rights holders can contact us at wgun1871fm@gmail.com to request takedown of material; repeated infringement will end your access to our services.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Payment, billing, and cancellations

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access or a booking for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, outstanding fees for services already delivered remain payable.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a booking is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is not permitted.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you supply, your unlawful use of the site or our services, or your breach of these terms.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, government restrictions, venue closure, or illness. Where that happens we will work with you to reschedule or, where rescheduling is not possible, refund amounts covering services not delivered.

14. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the courts of Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
